Free Shipping Offer (Canada Only)
- The free shipping offer is available in all provinces and territories in Canada.
- Offer is valid on orders over $999.00 CAD excluding taxes.

Processing Time
(Canada)
- Our goal is to ensure all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. *Subject to inventory availability and lab production capacity.
- There may be an additional delay for larger orders. We will contact you if there are any delays to your order.
- All shipping and processing time-frames and/or shipping methods/couriers listed on truenorthernlabs.ca are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed. However, we strive for excellence and work hard to ensure orders are fulfilled as promptly as possible.
Couriers (Canada)
We use the following carriers for orders in Canada.
- Canada Post
- FedEx
- Purolator
- UPS
Couriers (International)
All international orders are processed by
- DHL Express
- Canada Post
Order Tracking (Canada)
- All shipments in Canada include a tracking number.
- All shipments carry a standard $100 of insurance.
- If you would like us to add additional insurance cover, please let us know for a custom quote.
- Our advanced tracking system will send shipping updates regarding your order via Text (Phone Number Required), Email (Email required) or both.
Order Tracking (International)
- There are two services for international.
- Trackable parcels: Can range from affordable to expensive. Usually 7 day delivery anywhere in the world. (Australia, 10 days).
- Parcels without tracking numbers: The most economical and most affordable shipping option. Downside is it may take several weeks to arrive.
- For orders that include tracking, our advanced tracking system will send shipping updates regarding your order via Text (Phone Number Required), Email (Email required) or both.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the volumetric weight and the shipping address.
Back-orders (Canada Only)
- If an item goes on back-order we will contact you with possible solutions. We can either partially fulfill your order with inventory in stock or send your order out when they are ready.
- You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the additional shipment.
Shipping Times
When you place an order with truenorthernlabs.ca, we do everything we can to pack, ship, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
All shipping time-frames and/or shipping methods/providers listed on our website is to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed.
True Northern Labs Inc. can not guarantee a delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. As we are not the ones delivering the product, any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.
True Northern Labs also reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier than the one selected by the customer at checkout in order to ensure the best value proposition.
Damaged/Undelivered Products
If the product arrives damaged, please submit a request through our Product Exchange Form.
Once the replacement request is submitted, it is issued for review to be approved. We may contact you if we have any additional questions to your request.
Upon approval of the replacement request, we will then issue a replacement for the damaged product(s).
